Who We Are?

Chitungwiza Stars Soccer Academy is a football academy based in Chitungwiza, which seeks to develop young and early adult players into fully professional players.
The Academy was born in 2021 and within a few months the academy has grown and still aspires to continue grow.

We believe that education is essential for life success. The most popular sport in the globe, and particularly in Africa, is football. We use football clinics and tournaments to educate children about life through sport, emphasising the importance of having a good education and making good decisions outside of school through drills and exercises. We care deeply about the performance of students both on and off the pitch. We are also concerned about their academic achievements, as we are aware that for a sportsperson to excel, he or she must comprehend the environment in which he or she operates.

Chitungwiza Stars Soccer Academy’s mission is to provide Zimbabwe with the finest and most authentic footbal academy experience. We are committed to exposing our players to the professional level of football and assisting them realise their dreams of playing collegiately and possibly professionally in the country and abroad.

OUr Vision

To continue expanding the sport while also producing players of the highest calibre and coaching of the highest calibre, while adhering to globally renowned training system and curriculum.

OUr Objectives

The Central Strategic Support Agency’s overarching goal is to equip young people in Zimbabwe with the skills and resources necessary to become active contributors to the sustained economic and social development of their country. Our overarching goal is to rescue young people, both boys and girls, from the cycle of poverty via the use of sport as a vehicle for capacity building.

Providing the basic necessities of life, such as food, shelter, an education (both academic and vocational), information on how to develop one’s talents, and guidance from more experienced individuals.
Establishing the Academy into an institute of excellence of world-class standard; this will be accomplished by establishing an integrated sports training, residential, and educational complex.
Searching for promising young talent.
The placement of Academy alumni inside professional sport organisations, higher education institutions (both in Zimbabwe and abroad), and suitable jobs for them is a priority for the organisation.

OUr Methodology

The Chitungwiza Stars Soccer Academy primarily works with young players ranging in age from 8 to 18 and older, offering them with individualised training sessions to aid in the development of their football talents. The young people are divided up into teams that are either recreational or competitive. Through a registration process that requires the approval of a parent or legal guardian, the academy attempts to make available educational options for the young people in the community. The community is at the centre of the work that we do at the Academy, and we adhere to a transparent and ethical procedure; this is the reason for our three-way operation consisting of The Parent, The Player, and The Academy.

The Harare Province Junior Football Development League (HPJFDL) is where we are currently associated, and we play games for a variety of age levels. This may entail travelling to the rural countryside in order to promote sport for people who do not have as many opportunities as others. Our football programme encourages a lifelong love of the game while also assisting young people in growing their self-assurance.

Our training grounds are Dungwiza Primary School in St Marys, Seke Unit L Community Ground, Seke 3 High School and Nyamande Primary School in Domboshava.
